  • Biography

    Clinical Interests: Dr. Shamin Masrour is the Clinical Leader of the Facial Pain Program and Associate Program Director of UT Southwestern's Headache and Facial Pain Program. 

    Research: Her research interests include trigeminal neuralgia and other cranial neuralgis, headaches in women, and migraine therapy. 

    Trainee Education: She is the Co-Director of UT Southwestern's Student Interest Group in Neurology for medical students. 

    Background: She is American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology certified in neurology, with subspecialty certification in headache medicine by the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties. She also has a special interest in patient education and advocacy.
