  • Biography

    Brooks Brodrick, M.D., Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and a member of its Division of General Internal Medicine. She specializes in eating disorders.

    Originally from Nevada, Dr. Brodrick holds a bachelor's degree in microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her doctorate in pharmacology at the University of Virginia at Charlottesville, where she remained to obtain her medical degree. She then completed internal medicine residency training at UT Southwestern, followed by advanced training through a general internal medicine fellowship.

    Certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr.Brodrick joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2018.

    Dr. Brodrick is actively involved with the Academy of Eating Disorders, which she serves as a member of its Medical Care Standards committee.
