Biography

Aimee Catherine Hoyer, M.D., is a Faculty Associate and primary care physician at the UT Southwestern Clinical Center at Park Cities. Dr. Hoyer earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas, and completed her Internal Medicine residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.  Dr. Hoyer began her career at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2014 where she practiced both outpatient and inpatient general internal medicine. In 2017, Dr. Hoyer relocated to Texas and happily returned to UT Southwestern Medical Center.  Dr. Hoyer has a strong background in direct patient care and is passionate about building patient relationships. Her clinical practice emphasizes health and prevention but also manages chronic medical conditions. Outside of medicine, Dr. Hoyer loves spending time with her husband and son.
