Biography
Dr. Wiegn was born in Vietnam and completed his internal medicine residency at The New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center. To combine his interests in surgery and cardiovascular medicine, he pursued his fellowships in cardiology and clinical cardiac electrophysiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. As a board certified clinical electrophysiologist at the Dallas VA Medical Center, his current interests include cardiac resynchronization therapy in heart failure and atrial and ventricular tachyarrhythmias.
