Biography

Dr. Rendon is a board certified Emergency Medicine physician. He attended college at the University of Texas where he graduated with High Honors while majoring in Biology. He received his M.D. from the UT Southwestern Medical School in 2010. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine, with both clinical and academic responsibilities. His interests include Medical Education, as well as Emergency Ultrasonography. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, Ollie. He also enjoys fishing, stamp collecting, bird watching, and American literature.
