Randal Unsell, M.D. Assistant Professor School Medical School Department Psychiatry Biography Randal Unsell, M.D., received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern, where he also completed residency training in anesthesiology and psychiatry. He is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Unsell is the Medical Director of the Comprehensive Homeless Center Programs for the VA North Texas Health Care System.
