Biography Shawn Ho, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in weight wellness, diabetes, and preventive care in the Division of General Internal Medicine. Dr. Ho earned his medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical School, where he also completed an internal medicine residency at UT Southwestern. He also holds a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Dr. Ho joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2023. Dr. Ho is a member of several professional societies, including the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, and the Texas Medical Association.
