  • Biography

    Pritha C. Browning, M.D., is a Faculty Associate in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of General Internal Medicine.

    As a primary care physician, I’m able to develop long-term relationships with my patients and help them manage their health care issues.

    Originally from Dallas, Dr. Browning earned her bachelor's degree in biology at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and completed her medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Browning then completed internal medicine residency training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

    Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Browning joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2017.

    Dr. Browning specializes in primary care. She currently treats patients at the Las Colinas clinic. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, women's health, diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. 

    Dr. Browning is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Women's Association.
