Biography

Lanna Felde, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of Hospital Medicine.

Originally from Houston, Dr. Felde holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Texas at Austin. She then earned a master's degree in public health at UT Health Science Center in Houston. She completed her medical degree at UT San Antonio. She then completed internal medicine residency training at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Felde joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2018.

Her clinical interests include minority health and health disparities, clinical practice guideline development, and improving the quality of inpatient care.

Personal Note

Outside of medicine, Dr. Felde loves to exercise, cook, travel with her husband and hang out with her miniature schnauzer.
