Dr. Desai holds a bachelor's degree in biological engineering with a minor in mathematics from Mississippi State University in Starkville. He earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson and then completed his residency in internal medicine at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, Alabama.
