  • Biography

    Dr. Bryant is a member of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology's Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine.  After graduating from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1990, he completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Methodist Dallas Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital (1990-1994).  And in 2003, he received his Master of Science in Medical Management from the Alliance for Medical Management Education -- a joint program at the University of Texas at Dallas and UT Southwestern.

    Following residency, Dr. Bryant joined the Stephenville Medical and Surgical Clinic in Stephenville, Texas.  In 1997, he became a member of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Faculty at UT Southwestern where he served in a variety of administrative capacities -- including as Assistant Program Director for the OB/GYN Residency Program at St. Paul University Hospital and Physician Medical Director for OB/GYN Services as the James W. Aston Ambulatory Care Center.  In 2003, he was named Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Paul.  From 2004-2007, he was Program Director for the Methodist Dallas Medical Center's Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

    Dr. Bryant is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.  His clinical and administrative responsibilities are in the Parkland Health and Hospital System.  He is an attending faculty physician in the Parkland clinics, labor and delivery, and the operating room and mentors medical students, residents, and MFM fellows.
