  • Biography

    Tiantian Shi, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of its Division of Hospital Medicine. Dr. Shi is based at University Hospitals - Clements, Zale-Lipshy, and Texas Health Frisco.

    Originally from China, Dr. Shi earned her medical degree at Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University. She completed internal medicine residence training in addition to an advanced cardiac imaging fellowship at Yale New Haven Health.

    Dr. Shi's clinical and research interests include health equity, racial and ethnical disparity, genetic cardiomyopathy, and cardiac imaging.

    Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Shi joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2023.

    Personal Note

    Outside of medicine, Dr. Shi enjoys traveling, crafting, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family and friends.
