Biography Dr Song graduated from National University of Singapore in 2010 and worked as an internist, then a gastroenterologist, under the vigorous training programs of SingHealth. Before leaving Singapore in 2016 to be close to family, she passed her Masters in Medicine, became a Member of the Royal Colleage of Physicians (MRCP, UK), and a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine (FAMS) in Gastroenterology. She then repeated internal medicine residency in United States at Greenwich Hospital and was promoted to 2nd year resident after a few months of internship. She returned to gastroenterology fellowship in Indiana University, by which time, she started to develop a keen clinical interest for inflammatory bowel disease.
