Sheikh, M.D. erves as the Director for the Adult Tuberous Sclerosis program and hopes to establish a comprehensive care clinic for patients with Advanced Genetic Epilepsies in the Dallas area. He is interested in transitional care epilepsy, critical care EEG, and working with quantitive EEG analysis. Research: His research interests include EEG/Epilepsy education at the fellow and neurology resident level, QEEG and ICU EEG, and transitional care epilepsy. He also works closely with the Quality Informatics Subcommittee, part of the American Academy of Neurology in exploring and educating members on the use of new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing in quality improvement.
