  • Biography

    Zachary Sturman, J.D., Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Health Economics & Policy Program at the Peter O’Donnell Jr. School of Public Health. He teaches Ph.D. and other graduate-level courses in health economics and in health policy. 

     

    Dr. Sturman received his J.D. and his Ph.D. in Law & Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2023, and earned his B.A. in 2017 from the Honors College at the College of Charleston, where he graduated first in his class. 

     

    His work has been published in law, economics, and health policy journals. His current work focuses on substance use, addiction, and homelessness
