For more information on the doctor and patient care, please visit the clinical profile. Biography Dr. Shea earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016. She completed her pediatrics residency at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and worked as a hospitalist at Cleveland Clinic Children’s. Dr. Shea moved to Nashville, TN, for her pediatric critical care fellowship at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she served as Chief Fellow. She now is a pediatric intensivist at Children’s Medical Center Dallas. Her extra-clinical work includes projects in medical education, biomedical ethics, and communication skills development. Outside of work, Dr. Shea’s young children keep her very busy, so she tries her best to wear them out while exploring the Metroplex. She is an avid Peloton user and loves to travel, with Chile and Portugal as some of her favorite trips.
