  • Biography

    Naveen Rajamohan, M.D., is an Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of its Abdominal Imaging division. His clinical interests include MRI, hepatobiliary and pancreatic imaging, image-guided interventions, and virtual colonography.

    Originally from southern India, Dr. Rajamohan received his medical degree at Shri Sathya Sai Medical College in Chennai and completed radiology residency training from All India Institute of Medical Science in New Delhi, India. He then received advanced training through a research fellowship focused on artificial intelligence and molecular imaging at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, along with Body MRI and Abdominal Imaging fellowships at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

    Dr. Rajamohan focuses his research on early pancreas cancer detection using radiomics and AI enhanced models, pancreatic imaging, and accelerated MRI. His work has resulted in more than 12 peer-reviewed publications in scientific journals and several presentations at professional conferences throughout the country.

    At UT Southwestern, Dr. Rajamohan’s commitment to education and training is evidenced by his passion for teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

    Dr. Rajamohan is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), Society for Advanced Body Imaging (SABI), American College of Radiology (ACR), and Society for Abdominal Radiology (SAR).

    Outside of medicine, he enjoys yoga, hiking, and traveling to explore new cultures and diverse cuisines.
