Biography
Jason M. Wagner, M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and a member of the Division of Hospital Medicine. He provides medical services at Parkland Memorial Hospital.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Dr. Wagner, holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami and completed internal medicine residency training at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston.
Dr. Wagner's research interests, which include liver disease, pancreatitis, and COVID-19, have resulted in numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Personal Note
Outside of medicine, Dr. Wagner enjoys exercising, spending time with his family, exploring the great outdoors, listening to music, and playing the guitar.
