Biography Naveed Khokhar, M.D., earned his medical degree at King Edward Medical University in Pakistan and completed a residency in psychiatry and a fellowship in consultation and liaison psychiatry at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He received the Resident Teacher of the Year Award from the Department of Psychiatry at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He also completed Duke University's transcranial magnetic stimulation fellowship. He has contributed to the books The Cleveland Clinic Way, Cognitive Behavior Therapy Manual, and Parkinson’s Disease: Current and Future Therapeutic Clinical Trials. Dr. Khokhar manages the Inpatient Psychiatry Unit for acutely ill patients at William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital.
