Biography
Heejung Kim, Ph.D., received her B.S. in electrophysics at Kwangwoon University, her M.S. in radiation applied life science at Seoul National University, and her Ph.D. in biomedical engineering at Seoul National University as well. Her research interests include adaptive radiotherapy and artificial intelligence. Dr. Kim previously worked as a medical physicist at the Department of Radiation Oncology at Samsung Medical Center in Seoul, Korea, before joining UT Southwestern as an Assistant Professor.
