Biography
Sana Siddiqui, MD, MBA joined the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center/Children's Medical Center in 2020 as an Assistant Professor. In 2015 she earned her medical degree from Saint George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies and completed her Pediatric Residency at Cleveland Clinic Children's Foundation in 2018. She received advance training through a fellowship in pediatric Hospital Medicine at Phoenix Children's Hospital in 2020. Given her interests in clinical operations and administration, while completing fellowship, she obtained her Master of Business Administration with a dual concentration in Management and Healthcare from University of Arizona, Eller College of Management. Her interests within PHM are medical education of all levels of learners, effective utilization of medical resources, clinical research, and value-based care. Given her love for education and administration, she co-created and leads a "Healthcare Systems, Organization Leadership, and Utilization Management" elective for fellows at UTSW/CMC, is involved in the PHM Fellowship program, and leads PHM fellowship recruitment.
