Biography
Dr. Golubski is originally from the suburbs of Chicago. He completed medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine followed by residency in internal medicine at Duke University. Dr. Golubski knew early on that he was interested in a career in academic internal medicine as he was drawn by the cerebral nature, variety of case load, and the team-oriented approach to patient care. He most enjoys sitting down and talking to patients and their families about new diagnoses, disease course, treatment options, and what to expect when they leave the hospital. Aside from general internal medicine, he also has a clinical interest in gastroenterology and esophageal pathophysiology. Arriving in 2020, Dr. Golubski was drawn to UT Southwestern due to the high-powered academic environment and having met many amazing clinicians who completed some element of training at UTSW. He hopes to be able to add positively to this strong reputation. Outside of the hospital he enjoys spending time with his family, triathalons, geography, and travel.
