Biography
Naveed Khanjee, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and a member of its Division of Endocrinology. His clinical interests include type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Dr. Khanjee holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch, where he graduated magna cum laude, and completed internal medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine. He then received advanced training in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism through a fellowship program at UT Southwestern, where he served as Chief Fellow.
Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Khanjee joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2021.
He is an active member of the Endocrine Society.
