Dr. Siah earned his medical degree at the University of Hawaii’s John A. Burns School of Medicine and completed a residency in vascular surgery at Georgetown University Hospital/Washington Hospital Center. He joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2019. He is a Board Certified Vascular Surgeon. Dr. Siah is a member of the Southern Association of Vascular Surgery, the Society for Vascular Surgery, and the American Limb Preservation Society. He serves at the Director of Limb Salvage at UT Southwestern. He is the principal investigator in multiple national and international clinical trials.
