Biography Timothy Hadden, M.D., is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of its Division of Cardiology. His clinical interests include cardiovascular disease and interventional cardology, with a focus on complex interventions. Dr. Hadden earned his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He received internal medicine residency training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Tennessee and completed additional training in cardiology and interventional cardiology through a fellowship at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital and the Texas Heart Institute in Houston, where he served as Chief Interventional Fellow. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology, Dr. Hadden joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2023. He previously served as Medical Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth. Dr. Hadden has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals and delivered presentations at scientific conferences related to his findings. Dr. Hadden is active in several professional societies, including the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and the American College of Cardiology, of which he is a Fellow. In his free time, Dr. Hadden enjoys attending Dallas Stars games or visiting local jazz clubs.
