Biography
Bilal Ashraf, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of Hospital Medicine.
Dr. Ashraf holds a bachelor's degree in neuroscience from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He received his medical degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and completed a combined internal medicine and pediatrics residency training program at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Ashraf joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2022.
In 2022, Dr. Ashraf won the Seldin Case Presentation award at UT Southwestern Medical Center from the Department of Internal Medicine. He was also a recipient of the ASH Abstract Award from the American Society of Hematology, and a William Analyan Merit Scholar.
