Biography
Joshua Stone, D.D.S., M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
He earned his dental surgery and medical degrees at the University of Missouri Kansas City, where he also completed a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He then received advanced training in pediatric craniomaxillofacial surgery through a fellowship at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando, Florida.
Board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Stone joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2017. He also serves as the Director of Pediatric Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas.
He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.
