Biography
Kelvin Oliver, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of Hospital Medicine.
Originally from Macon, Georgia, Dr. Oliver holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Fort Valley State University in Fort Valley, Georgia. He earned his medical degree at the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta and completed internal medicine residency training at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He is currently a Hospitalist at Parkland Health and Hospital System.
Dr. Oliver's clinical interests include caring for patients in underserved communities and correctional medicine.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Oliver enjoys sports, working out, and reading.
