Biography Dr. Brett Johnson an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in the Endourology section of the Department of Urology and a board-certified Urologist. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin and his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. His urologic residency was completed at the University of Wisconsin. He did a 2-year Endourology fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center and stayed on as an attending physician. Clinically, he has an active subspecialty practice focusing on the surgical and medical management of kidney stone disease and minimally invasive benign and malignant kidney disease and benign prostate enlargement. His affiliations include membership in the American Urological Association, the Endourological Society, Research On Calculus Kinetics Society, and Gold Humanism Honor Society. He has scores of peer reviewed publications, book-chapters, content reviews, and presentations.
