Biography
Dr. Lori Pandya graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in pre-medicine and from Jefferson (Sidney Kimmel) Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. She did her pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, TX. She did an additional year of neonatal-perinatal fellowship training at Baylor College of Medicine before moving to Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine/Bayview as a pediatric hospitalist. Dr. Pandya later moved to Dallas and completed the pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. She is an assistant professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center and works at the emergency departments at Children’s Medical Center at Dallas and Plano. Dr. Pandya has a clinical and research focus in Pediatric EMS. She fills a consultative role on pediatric prehospital issues for the UTSW/Parkland BioTel EMS system in Dallas. She is also the co-pediatric medical director for the North Central Texas Trauma Regional Advisory Council.
