Biography Greta Szabo, M.D., is an Assitant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of Digestive and Liver Diseases. Dr. Szabo holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. She earned her medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed internal medicine residency training and a fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Gastroenterology, Dr. Szabo joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2014.
