Biography

Dr. Rachel Long graduated from Michigan State University with an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. However, through undergrad she was heavily involved at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine because she was accepted into the Scholars program with her acceptance into in the undergraduate program. She went on to graduate from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic medicine and accepted a residency in Pediatrics in Detroit Michigan. She was elected as Chief Resident her last year as a resident in Detroit. After finishing a pediatric residency she accepted a Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship in Dallas at UT Southwestern. She then joined the staff at UT Southwestern after completion of the fellowship.
