Andrew Hogan, M.D. Assistant Professor School Medical School Department Emergency Medicine Biography Dr. Hogan completed his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Chicago and received advanced training in EMS through a fellowship at the University of Cincinnati. He subsequently joined the Department of Emergency Medicine faculty in 2020. Dr. Hogan currently works with the UT Southwestern/Parkland BioTel EMS System as the medical director for the City of Mesquite. He also serves as Associate Medical Director Consultant for the Dallas College paramedic and EMT training programs. His clinical interests include out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, air medical / critical care transport, and EMS professional education.
