Biography
The Yan Lab studies molecular mechanisms of innate immunity in infection, autoimmune disease, cancer immunology, and neurodegenerative disease. We are also interested in inborn errors of innate immunity, mechanisms of disease, and preclinical testing of therapeutics that target innate immune signaling pathways.
