Biography Roohi Cheema, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of its Division of Hospital Medicine. Dr. Cheema holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her medical degree at UT Southwestern, where she also completed internal medicine residency training. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, she joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2025.
