Biography

Dr. Amy Harker-Murray is originally from Canada and received her initial medical training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Drawn by the opportunity for the harmonious integration of clinical medicine, radiology, and pathology, she completed her hematology and medical oncology fellowship at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Amy Harker-Murray brings to UTSW a strong background in general medical oncology, benign and malignant hematology, and medical education. She currently specializes in breast cancer, genitourinary malignancies, melanoma, and benign hematology. Her clinical practice emphasizes patient and family-centered care. Dr. Harker-Murray’s interests outside of medicine include her family, cooking, reading, and the great outdoors.
