Research: Dr. Rosa-Neto's research efforts are centered on biochemically important neuroimaging and fluid biomarkers in neurodegenerative disorders (especially in Alzheimer’s dementia). This area of investigation is critically important in the era of novel therapies for neurodegenerative disorders. He has expertise in quantification of brain function using imaging techniques, in particular positron emission tomography (PET).

Leadership: Dr. Rosa-Neto is the Director and PI of the North Texas- Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (NT-ADRC).
