Mina Fujitani, Ph.D. Instructor School Medical School Department Internal Medicine Biography Mina Fujitani, Ph.D., is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Center for Hypothalamic Research. Dr. Fujitani holds a bachelor's and maser's degree in agriculture from Ehime University in Japan. She completed her postdoctorate degree at Kyoto University. Dr. Fujitani joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2023. Dr. Fujitani's research interests include rat studies, the benefits of exercise, metabolism, and muscle mass.
