Biography

Takashi Suzuki, Ph.D., is an Instructor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of Nephrology.

Dr. Suzuki holds a bachelor’s degree and a master's degree in engineering from Yamagata University, in Yonezawa City, Japan. He earned his doctorate in geriatrics at Osaka University. He completed postdoctoral fellowships at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and Vanderbilt University in Nashville. He also completed a research fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center at Harvard University in Boston. 

Dr. Suzuki joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2021.
