Working with our multidisciplinary cystic fibrosis team, we really grow to know and care about our patients tremendously.
Originally from Dallas, Dr. Jain holds a bachelor's degree in molecular biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center and completed internal medicine residency training at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident. She oversees multicenter clinical trials related to cystic fibrosis and conducts her own clinical and molecular scientific research. She has earned awards from the National Institutes of Health, Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for her work on hormonal influences of lung disease in cystic fibrosis.
At UT Southwestern, Dr. Jain is a member of various committees, including the Ambulatory Clinic Medical Directors Committee, the Department of Medicine Clinical Trials Working Group, and the Aston Clinical Research Operations Working Group.
