Biography Jeanne Joglar, M.D., is an Associate Professor of Radiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and a member of its Pediatric Radiology Division. Her clinical interests include emergency/trauma radiology and nuclear medicine. Originally from Japan, Dr. Joglar holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She received her medical degree from UT Southwestern, and began her radiology residency training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She returned to UT Southwestern to complete her residency training, and then obtained advanced training through a fellowship program in pediatric radiology. Dr. Joglar's research interests include facial anomalies in children, preoperative risks factors for Wilms tumor, and managing arrhythmia syndromes during pregnancy. Her investigations have resulted in several original publications. At Children's Health, Dr. Joglar serves as liaison to Trauma Services, and is a member of the CT Operations Committee and the Neuroblastoma Focus Committee. At UT Southwestern, her commitment to medical education and training is demonstrated by her participation on the Radiology Interview Committee, the Pediatric Radiology Fellowship Clinical Competency Committee, and the Radiology Residency Clinical Competency Committee. She also serves on the Radiation Safety Committee. Dr. Joglar is also a member of several professional organizations, including the Radiological Society of North America, Society for Pediatric Radiology, and the American Roentgen Ray Society.
