Biography Patrick Green, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of Hospital Medicine. Originally from Oklahoma City, Dr. Green holds a bachelor's degree in zoology and biomedical sciences from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. He earned his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He then completed internal medicine residency training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Green joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2018. Dr. Green was voted the 2014 Best Poster Award winner by the American College of Cardiology. Personal Note Outside of medicine, Dr. Green enjoys cooking. He also works with several battered women shelters in the Dallas area and is an avid painter and golfer.
