Biography Dr. Tobias is originally from Long Island, New York and received his initial medical training at Washington University in St. Louis. He then moved to Dallas to complete his Internal Medicine residency at UT Southwestern where he developed a passion for patient centered care and quality improvement. After residency, Dr. Tobias decided to stay on as faculty in Hospital Medicine. Dr. Tobias’s interests outside of medicine include, cooking, reading, board games and crossword puzzles.
