Biography Jaini Sutaria, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of Hospital Medicine. Originally from India, Dr. Sutaria earned her medical degree at the NHL Municipal Medical College in Ahmedabad. She completed one year of radiology residency training at the Seth KM School of Postgraduate Medicine and Research in Ahmedabad and then immigrated to the U.S., completing internal medicine residency training at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria. Dr. Sutaria joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2017. She has served as the Course Co-Director for Residency Essentials Internal Medicine track, which is focused on preparing graduating fourth-year medical students for transition to internship. She also chairs the Education Committee within Parkland's Hospital Medicine division.
