Biography

Dr. Faisal Patel was born and raised in Ahmedabad, India. After earning his medical degree from Smt NHL Municipal Medical College, India, Dr. Patel came to the United States to pursue further training in Pediatrics in 2009. He completed his residency in Pediatrics at the Marshfield Clinic, Wisconsin, where he also served as a chief resident. After his residency, he moved to Michigan to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at the Beaumont Health System. Stemming from his firsthand experiences with natural disasters while growing up, Dr. Patel has developed passion toward care for children in prehospital and disaster settings. Married to a Pediatric Anesthesiologist, the couple moved to Dallas in 2017 in search of some warm weather and hospitable community.
