Convenient Treatments, Quick Recoveries
Dr. Tibbetts is specially trained to perform a number of in-office procedures used to treat voice, swallowing, and airway issues.
“Although some patients do need to go to the operating room for treatment, we’re also able to offer many procedures in the clinic without any sedation. This allows many patients to avoid the operating room and the risks of anesthesia,” she says.
“Many people are able to come in, get a procedure done, and go back to work the same day, without having to take time off to recover.”
Dr. Tibbetts enjoys talking with her patients and helping to improve their quality of life.
“The ears, nose, and throat are so vital to our well-being, so even small interventions can make a big difference in people’s lives,” she says. “I really try to listen to what patients tell me and be comprehensive in what I ask them, because every issue – no matter how big or small – is important to that person and guides our problem-solving.”
