Dr. Lega's research is focused on the electrophsyiology of human memory, principally episodic memory.  He has collaborations with Dr. Mick Rugg at the UT Dallas Center for Vital Longevity, Dr. Gena Konopka of Neuroscience, and others.  

Dr. Lega's research training was chiefly with Dr. Michael Kahana of the University of Pennsylvania, with whom he completed a post doctroal fellowship.
