Biography Download Curriculum Vitae Dr. Garner, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Critical Care, graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1992 with a B.A in Biology. She received her medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School in 1996. She subsequently completed both a general pediatric residency and pediatric critical care fellowship at UT Southwestern/Children’s Medical Center. She is currently on staff as a clinician in the Children’s Medical Center PICU and serves as director of PICU resident and medical student education.
