Biography

Kehinde Odedosu, M.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine and is a member of its Division of Hospital Medicine. She also serves as Assistant Dean for Student Affairs in the Office of Student Empowerment & Engagement.

Originally from Lagos, Nigeria, Dr. Odedosu was raised in both Nigeria and New York City. She holds a bachelor's degree in integrative neuroscience and Spanish from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She earned her medical degree at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and completed internal medicine residency training at New York University.

Dr. Odedosu joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2010. She has a strong commitment to medical education and became Director of the Internal Medicine SubInternship Course in 2016. She also serves as a Pritchard College Mentor.

Personal Note

Dr. Odedosu's interests outside of medicine include spending time with her family and traveling.
