Biography Ericka Walker Williams, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of the Division of General Internal Medicine. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Williams holds a bachelor's degree in biology and french language from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She earned her medical degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville. She completed internal medicine residency training at the University of Southern California and completed advanced training through a fellowship in rheumatology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Williams joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2022. Personal Note In addition to her medical practice, Dr. Williams serves as a volunteer for and former leader of the medical ministry at Concord Church in Dallas, Texas. She and her husband and their three children live in Grand Prairie, where her hobbies include music, singing, football, and travel.
